Not at all. Most of our clients aren't home when we work. Just make sure we have access to the property (no locked gates) and we'll handle the rest. We'll leave your property looking great and clean up before we go.

We accept cash, check, and digital payment options. Most clients pay after each service, though we can also set up weekly or monthly billing arrangements. We'll discuss what works best for you during the quote process.

If weather prevents us from working safely or effectively, we'll reschedule to the next available day. We communicate proactively — you'll know what's happening before you have to ask. During rainy stretches, we do our best to keep everyone on a consistent rotation.
